Husband’s Fav Russian Salad

After making salads for almost more than a month, I now feel I can make a salad out of anything. Thankfully! It is a blessing to be able to make a snack out of what is available with you. This salad has become my husband’s favorite. He loves it. Honestly, I am not a big fan of salads. Except Pizza Hut’s 😉 So here’s the recipe – Boiled potatoes, corn, carrot and boiled chicken. Add some pepper and cumin powder and oregano. Gives it a very mild taste. Hope you like it.
